Pursuant to a conference held with the parties on March 23, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to proceed remotely, filed March 14, 2023, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance, filed March 10, 2023, is granted in that this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before June 26, 2023, the parties shall report in writing as to the status of the case.
