On June 23, 2023, respondent filed a Pretrial Memorandum (Doc. 50) and a Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 51). These documents were only filed in the lead case, docket number 3178-20. However, they should have also been filed in the consolidated case, docket number 3972-20.

Given the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file the aforementioned documents in docket number 3972-20.
