ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Alicia Jagnarain from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 9, 2021. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Joseph A. Fredericks, dated December 6, 2021, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child on the appeal:

John M. Zenir 585 Stewart Ave., Ste. 306 Garden City, NY 11530 516-746-0180

and it is further, ORDERED that Joseph A. Fredericks is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the child herein assigned.
