By Order dated May 30, 2023, docket entry 12, the Court directed petitioners, on or before June 22, 2023, to file with the Court a Ratification of Petition bearing original signatures in which the petitioners state, if such be the case, that petitioners have read the Petition filed on April 19, 2022, docket entry 1, and ratify and affirm the filing of said document.
On June 26, 23, the parties timely filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entry 14; and a Settlement Stipulation, docket entry 15. Both documents are incorrectly captioned and therefore the Court will strike these documents.
On July 21, 2023, the parties filed anew a Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entry 18; and a Settlement Stipulation, docket entry 19. Both of these documents are correct, and the Court will accept these documents.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the petitioners are discharged from their obligation to file a Ratification of Petition bearing original signatures in which the petitioners state, if such be the case, that petitioners have read the Petition filed on April 19, 2022, docket entry 1, and ratify and affirm the filing of said document. It is further
ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entry 14, and the Settlement Stipulation, docket entry 15, are hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case and replaced by the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entry 18, and the Settlement Stipulation, docket entry 19.
