ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court.

On March 15, 2023, docket entry 9, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a basis for settlement fully resolving the issues in this case. Respondent is waiting for computations and therefore requests sixty (60) days to finalize and submit a decision document reflecting this settlement.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 15, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
