This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on March 28, 2022, for cases where Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the place of trial. On March 4, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed March 4, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed March 4, 2022, is set for remote hearing on March 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM (MST).
