ORDER DISMISSING CLAIMS AGAINST AMERICAN EXPRESS WITH PREJUDICE


The Court, having received and reviewed the Joint Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice of Claims Against American Express Company, hereby GRANTS said motion and ORDERS that Plaintiff's claims against Defendant American Express Company in this case are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

This Order applies only to claims against American Express Company and does not apply to claims against any other Defendant in this case.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
