On August 16, 2021, petitioner filed a Request for Place of Trial at Atlanta, Georgia (Index #13) and a First Amended Petition. Due to an inadvertent clerical error, petitioner's First Amended Petition was filed again as a Request for Place of Trial at Atlanta, Georgia (Index #10).

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Request for Place of Trial at Atlanta, Georgia (Index #10), filed August 16, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
