This case is calendared for trial on the Court's May 16, New York City, New York trial session. On April 25, 2022, respondent filed a status report which states that Counsel for respondent was advised by the Appeals Officer on April 14, 2022 that the parties have reached a basis of settlement on this case

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before June 10, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
