Before the Court is the January 18, 2022 request of the Collin County Clerk Stacey Kemp for an extension of time to file the clerk's record. We GRANT the request and extend the time to February 17, 2022.

Also before the Court is appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the docketing statement, pay this Court's filing fee, and request records. We GRANT the motion and extend the time for filing of the docketing statement, payment of this Court's filing fee, and the filing of the reporter's record to February 17, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Kemp; Thomas Mullins, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 1; and, all parties.
