ANVIL ATTACHMENTS, LLC v. EAST FELICIANA PARISH POLICE JURY
In Re: East Feliciana Parish Police Jury, applying for supervisory writs, 20th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Feliciana, No. 43911. BEFORE: DRAKE, HOLDRIDGE AND CHUTZ, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. Further, the Court, ex proprio motu proposes the consideration by the trial court of whether a stay of the proceedings would be appropriate pending the completion of the matter of Anvil Attachments, LLC v. Carlos J. Sam, Superintendent of the East Feliciana Parish School Board, in his Official Capacity as the Single Collector for all Local Sales and Use Taxes imposed by Taxing Authorities in East Feliciana Parish and the East Feliciana Parish School Board also as the Single Local Sales and Use Tax Collector for East Feliciana Parish, Docket No. L00170, which is currently pending before the Board of Tax Appeals.
