ORDER

On December 1, 2023, appellant filed a motion to supplement the reporter's record with a transcript from the presentence investigation hearing.

"If anything relevant is omitted from the reporter's record . . . the appellate court, or any party may by letter direct the official court reporter to prepare, certify, and file in the appellate court a supplemental reporter's record containing the omitted items." Tex.R.App.P. 34.6(d). After reviewing the record, we grant appellant's motion. We order the official court reporter for the 209th District Court to prepare, certify, and file a supplemental reporter's record containing the transcript of the presentence investigation hearing, but without any exhibits. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.6(d). The supplemental reporter's record is due in this Court within 30 days of the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
