PRESENT:

Petitioners-appellants having moved for permission to proceed as poor persons on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 20, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Celestino Barrera Antunez and Jessel Lazala, sworn to February 5, 2015, the affidavit of Joshua E. Dubs, Esq., sworn to February 10, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the facts set forth by appellants fail to demonstrate merit to the appeal.
