In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from an order changing the place of trial from Kings County to Orange County. Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
