This matter having been brought before the Court on Defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment; and the Court having reviewed the submission of the Defendants and having heard Defendants' oral argument; and Plaintiffs having failed to oppose Defendants' Motion and having failed to appear for oral argument; and for good cause as shown in the Opinion of even date

IT IS as of this 14th day of May, 2007, hereby,

ORDERED that Defendants' motion, to the extent it seeks summary judgment with respect to Plaintiff Max Antoine's federal claims for false arrest, false imprisonment and excessive force and New Jersey state claims for false arrest, false imprisonment, assault and battery, and negligence, is granted.
