LEONER ANTILLANO, Appellant v. CAROL A. DUBOSE WHATLEY AND JOANN DUBOSE WILLIAMS, INDEPENDENT CO-ADMINISTRATORS OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH EARL DU BOSE, DECEASED, Appellees

On Appeal from the Probate Court No. 2 Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 459162

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, Leoner Antillano, proceeding pro se, has neither paid nor made arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the clerk's record and has not established indigence for purposes of appellate costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1, 37.3(b). After the Clerk of this Court's February 5, 2019 Notice warned appellant that this appeal was subject to dismissal for want of prosecution if she failed to timely pay the required clerk's record fee and to update her mailing address, that Notice was returned on February 14, 2019, marked: "RETURN TO SENDER[,] NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED[,] UNABLE TO FORWARD." TEX. R. APP. P. 9.1(b) ("A party not represented by counsel must sign any document . . . and give the party's mailing address, telephone number, fax number, if any, and email address."); 37.3(b), 42.3(b), (c).

Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution for failure to pay the required clerk's record fee. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5, 37.3(b), 42.3(b), (c).

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Keyes, Higley, and Landau.
