Derek A. Anthony v. The State of Texas

268th District Court of Fort Bend County Trial court case number: 17-DCR-076698

ORDER

Julie Countiss, Judge

On November 3 and November 7, 2022, the State filed a "Motion to Unseal The Clerk's Record and Volume Seven of the Court Reporter's Record," requesting this Court unseal mental health records in the clerk's record and Volume VII of the reporter's record. A supplemental clerk's record filed in this Court contains an order permitting appellant to access Volume VII of the reporter's record. To obtain Volume VII of the reporter's record from this Court, the State will likewise need to obtain an order from the trial court. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.10(g). Further, our records do no indicate that a sealed clerk's record containing mental health records has been filed in this appeal. Accordingly, we deny the State's motion.

It is so ORDERED.
