An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about September 18, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And an order of this Court having been entered on June 20, 2019 (M-1702), inter alia, directing petitioner-appellant to provide certain copies of the stipulated or settled transcripts he intends to rely on in his brief in a supplemental appendix to be filed on or before July 8, 2019, and otherwise denying the motion, without prejudice to respondent-respondent filing a respondent's appendix, if so advised, And petitioner-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to file a supplemental appendix with this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the supplemental appendix filed on July 25, 2019 timely filed.
