The respondent's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 159 Conn.App. 226, 122 A.3d 730 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly reverse the trial court's judgment based on its determination that the trial court improperly held that it lacked jurisdiction over the petitioner's habeas petition challenging his prison classification of sexual treatment needs?"
