Present — Glennon, J.P., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Shientag, JJ.


The gravamen of the first cause of action is fraud, but we do not pass upon the question as to whether plaintiff can recover damages for all the items alleged in that cause of action. Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements.
