Opinion
Upon consideration of Monica Ferrer De La Rosa's motion to consolidate, the court hereby dismisses Case No. 3D13–3004 as an appeal taken from a non-appealable order. The Notice of Appeal in Case No. 3D13–3207 is treated as a petition for writ of certiorari, and petitioner, Pedro Jose Antar Antar, is hereby ordered to file a petition pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.100(b) within twenty (20) days from this order. Case Nos. 3D13–3207 and 3D13–3198 are hereby consolidated for all appellate purposes under Case No. 3D13–3207.
