Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Mireille Nitti, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Christopher Obstarczyk, Esq., 678 Troy Schenectady Road, Suite 101, Latham, NY 12110 is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b). The brief of the attorney for the children shall be filed and served on or before April 28, 2016.
