DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to consolidate.

Application for extension of time to perfect appeal taken by EUGENE UU. in case No. 522581.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and a joint brief by EUGENE UU., and it is further

ORDERED that the application for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken in case No.522581 is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals in case Nos. 522581, 522825 and 522950 is extended to August 29, 2016.
