Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2020, filed May 4, 2023. On May 30, 2023, petitioners filed an Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2020. Thereafter, petitioners sought and were granted leave to file a First Supplemental Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2020, which was filed on July 6, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 31, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' above-referenced Opposition, as supplemented.
