Upon due consideration of petitioners' Motion for Leave to File First Supplemental Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2020, filed June 20, 2023, it is

ORDERED that, pending further direction by the Court, respondent is relieved of the obligation to file a response to petitioners' Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2020, as had been previously directed by the Court's Order served June 2, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion for Leave is granted in that, on or before July 14, 2023, petitioners shall file a supplement, if any, to their Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2020.
