Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in response to the motion to consolidate the appeals, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Appellant-Respondent Vasiliki NN. to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals in case Nos. 530769 and 531470 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by Respondents-Appellants for an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 530769 is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 9, 2020.
