The applicants, Donna and Robert Anglin, seek supervisory review of the trial court's May 15, 2024, denial of their "Motion in Limine to Prohibit Reference to Product Liability." Exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. Herlitz Const. Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981). On the showing made, this writ is denied.
