DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 24, 2014, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 25, 2014, and extended by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 17, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by March 6, 2015 and comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 25, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
