ORDER DISMISSING PETITIONS FOR WRITS OF CERTIORARI OR MANDAMUS
These consolidated original petitions for a writ of certiorari or mandamus challenge November 20, 2019, district court orders affirming a justice court eviction order. On December 16, 2019, we directed an answer to the petitions and granted a motion for stay, thereby enjoining eviction pending our consideration of the writ petitions. Thereafter, on January 7, 2020, the parties filed a stipulation agreeing to withdraw the petitions and seeking to set aside the stay order, stating that they have agreed to resolve the underlying justice court matters.
The stipulation is approved, and we thus dismiss these consolidated petitions. In light of this order, we vacate the stay imposed by our December 16 order.
It is so ORDERED.
