An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 1, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of the order pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal (M-3530), And defendant-respondent having cross-moved for the assignment of appellate counsel, and for other relief (M-3808), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The cross motion is denied.
