DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by attorney for the child to dismiss appeal as moot or, in the alternative, for extension of time to file brief of attorney for the child.

Motion by respondent Michael I. to dismiss appeal as moot.

Motion by respondent Michael I. for extension of time to file respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions to dismiss the appeal as moot are granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motions for extensions of time to file the brief of the attorney for the child and the brief of respondent Michael I. are denied, without costs, as academic.
