Motion to dismiss appeal as moot or, in the alternative, for extension of time to file brief of attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal as moot is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal on or after September 27, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the brief of the attorney for the child is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to October 23, 2019.
