ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated January 26, 2022, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 2, 2020. Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and on or before January 31, 2022, the appellants shall serve and file the reply brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the reply brief and upload digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
