DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Angel L. E. and Miko A. E. from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 26, 2024. Motion by the attorney for the appellants to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeals and for the assignment of new attorneys for the appellants. The following named attorney was assigned as attorney for the appellants by the Family Court, Dutchess County:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

and it is further, ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), and by serving and filing the appellants' respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, by serving the appellants' respective briefs, and uploading a digital copy of the appellants' respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until May 17, 2024; and it is further, ORDERED that the attorneys for the appellants are directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
