On January 12, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating a basis of settlement has been reached in this case. By Order served January 19, 2023, this case was stricken from the Court's January 30, 2023, San Diego, California, remote Trial Session, jurisdiction was retained, and the parties were directed, on or before February 21, 2023, to submit stipulated decision documents.

On February 8, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties had come to a basis for settlement, but now petitioners no longer wish to settle and want to further substantiate their claims. Respondent is amenable to the process and requests additional time to continue settlement discussions. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then present status of this case.
