ORDER

The clerk's record in these appeals were filed November 1, 2017. Our review has determined that relevant items may have been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain (1) the July 23, 2004 judgment or (2) the orders dated September 6, 2017 and September 14, 2017 referenced in the notice of appeal.

The Harris County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before November 30, 2017 containing (1) the July 23, 2004 judgment and (2) the orders dated September 6, 2017 and September 14, 2017 referenced in the notice of appeal.

If any of the omitted items are not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement as to which omitted items are not a part of the case file.
