For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of The Louisiana Oilfield Contractors Association, Inc., etc. v. International Surplus Lines Ins. Co., 610 So.2d 1036 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1992), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at the costs of plaintiff-appellants.

AFFIRMED.
