Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 15, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Tiffany P. Aiello, sworn to January 22, 2019, and January 28, 2019, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Susan K. Duke, Esq., sworn to January 24, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 22, 2019, and that, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
