An order having been entered on September 6, 2017, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect appeals taken herein as a poor person and assigning Sara A. Morton, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Rosemarie Richards, Esq., PO Box 326, Gilbertsville, New York 13776, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on June 19, 2017, June 27, 2017, and July 24, 2017, in place and stead of Sara A. Morton, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Steuben County, is hereby directed to provide Rosemarie Richards, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to May 20, 2019, and that, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
