James William Andresen Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

MARK V. HOLMES JUDGE

This case was on the March 15, 2021 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. We continued it on Mr. Andresen's promise to work with his daughter to gather the records he needs to discuss settlement with the IRS. The parties have worked cooperatively since then and recently filed a stipulation that seems to resolve all or nearly all the outstanding issues. The case can therefore stay on a status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before January 18, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe the parties' progress.
