Due to an inadvertent clerical error, and for cause, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order served October 1, 2021, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motion to file under seal, filed August 26, 2021, is granted and petitioners' response to the Court's Order issued July 30, 2021, lodged August 26, 2021, shall be filed as of the date this Order is served. It is further

ORDERED that (1) petitioners' response to the Court's Order issued July 30, 2021, lodged August 26, 2021, and (2) petitioners' response to the Court's Order issued July 30, 2021, filed as of the date this Order is served, are sealed and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
