ORDER
Before the Court is court reporter Norma Rico's May 18, 2017 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed by June 19, 2017.
The reporter's record was due originally on April 16, 2017. If Rico does not file the reporter's record by June 19, 2017, the Court will utilize its available remedies which may include ordering Rico not to sit until the reporter's record is filed.
