Jon Eric Adam ANDRADE, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 379th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2016CR4070
Honorable Ron Rangel, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On March 22, 2017, we set appellant's brief due date for May 1, 2017. In our order, we warned appellant's newly-appointed appellate counsel that because of the appeal's history we would disfavor any extension requests. Nevertheless, on May 2, 2017, appellant's counsel filed a motion requesting a 30-day extension of time to file appellant's brief. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on May 31, 2017. No further extensions will be granted.
