Opinion

No. 91-P-788.

March 25, 1992.

The judgment is to be amended to include a declaration that the rent control board's decision that 218 Harvard Street was a four-unit building subject to the Rent Control Act and Ordinance No. 966 and its finding that the transfer of the premises from Nanci Anderson to Joshua Anderson in 1986 was not a bona fide transfer were supported by substantial evidence. The judgment as amended is affirmed.
