PRESENT:

Counsel for appellant having moved to be relieved of assignment on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered December 19, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the order entered April 11, 2019, assigning John A. Cirando, Esq. to conduct the appeal and permitting petitioner-appellant to appeal as a poor person is vacated, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner-appellant shall perfect the appeal or before September 30, 2019, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
