Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the named plaintiff in an automobile accident as a result of the defendant's alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Leheny, J., granted the plaintiffs' motion for default against the defendant; thereafter, the court rendered judgment for the plaintiffs, from which the named plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
