On August 9, 2023, the parties filed in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision, which proposed was entered as a Stipulated Decision by the Court on August 11, 2023. Thereafter, on the same August 11, 2023, date, an apparently identical Proposed Stipulated Decision was filed by the parties, with no further explanation offered.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed August 11, 2023, at Docket Index No. 11 shall hereby be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
