On July 12, 2022, petitioner timely filed with this Court a Petition to commence this case. On June 30, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, in which respondent informed the Court that petitioner died on September 21, 2022.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the caption of this case be amended to read "Camilla Louise Anderson, Deceased, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."\
