WILLIAM FRENCH ANDERSON & KATHRYN D. ANDERSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.

On March 16, 2023, docket entry 196, counsel for petitioners filed with the Court a Motion for Leave to File Redacted First Amended Proposed Trial Exhibits and attached thereto substitute documents that were previously timely filed with the Court on February 2, 2022, but inadvertently contained information prohibited under Tax Court Rule 27(a).

On March 17, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties in regard to petitioners' Motion for Leave during which time the parties requested clarification of the Court's original Order to seal dated May 10, 2022, docket entry 182. Premised upon counsels' question, the Court will strike and replace the original Court Order to seal, dated May 10, 2022, docket entry 182, and clarify the Order to seal.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Leave to File Redacted First Amended Proposed Trial Exhibits, filed March 16, 2023, docket entry 196, is hereby denied as moot and is stricken from the record of this case.
