On February 27, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar at the March 20, 2023, Columbus, Ohio, remote Trial Session of the Court. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. On March 21, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. Petitioner's views on the granting of this motion are unknown.

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2023, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision and indicate whether petitioner objects to the motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion for entry of decision.
